Meat in pomegranate sauce

As a side dish to this dish you can choose anything. If you want something really fast, try oatmeal on the water. If there is time, cook bulgur or rice, they are well combined with the sweetness of pomegranate sauce.

Ingredients:

• 300 g of pork;
• ½ bulb;
• 2 tablespoons of pomegranate sauce;
• 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil.
  
  

Preparation

Finely chop the pork - so it will cook faster. Fry it in butter with onion until half cooked. Add the pomegranate sauce and a little water to the frying pan to simmer the meat. If the pomegranate sauce is without acidity, squeeze a little lemon juice into pork, your goal is to make the dish not just sweet but sour-sweet. And do not forget to salt.
