Refueling with avocado

Ingredients


  • 1 ripe avocado;
  • 60 ml of white wine vinegar;
  • juice of whole lemon;
  • salt - to taste;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • 180 ml of olive oil.

Preparation



In a blender, mix the avocado pulp, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Continuing to whisk, gradually pour in the oil, until you achieve a homogeneous consistency.

Refueling can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
