Gridcoin - Weekly project update (wk13)
On Mondays the information is gathered from BOINCStats and CoinMarketCap, after which I calculate the earnings in GRC and USD for systems with a RAC of 1000. Further details can be found in the definitions section below.
In case the tables and charts are unclear, you can also find this article on whaleshares, which has a better display quality.
Project whitelist status update
Last week, Asteroids@home has been whitelisted again because they started providing stats updates. On the other hand Milkyway@home has stopped exporting stats updates, which resulted in greylisting this project.
Individual project developments
The tables below contain four indicators, presenting the project development over a period of one week, one month, three months and one year.
Gridcoin project charts
The charts below provide the longer-term trends for active user development, team contribution to the BOINC network overall and the whitelisted projects.
Definitions
- Recent Average RAC = The total amount of RAC produced by all systems within the Gridcoin network.
- Team RAC vs Overall RAC % = The proportion of RAC output team Gridcoin has produced as part of the overall RAC for the project.
- GRC per 1k system RAC = The amount of GRC you will receive for a system per 1000 RAC points. Example: You have a system which is running Rosetta@home with a RAC value of 3500. According to the chart on 24-Sep, you should gain 3.5 x 0.32 GRC = 1.12 GRC per day for this system.
- USD per 1k system RAC = The amount of USD you will receive for a system per 1000 RAC points. Example: You have a system which is running Cosmology@home with a RAC of 4700. According to the chart on 24-Sep, you should gain 4.7 x $0.0117= $0.055 per day for this system.

Statistics overload but really fun to look at all the results in different ways. Are there any specific trends that stand out to you? (or anyone reading the article)
The project which stands out this week is Numberfields@home. They have just moved to a GPU client and you can see it the team RAC, which has moved up sharply.
