Monsoon season forced a villager to carry livestock on his shoulder as he moved them to safer ground to rescue them from flooding that has killed over 25 people in two days.
Thousands have been affected as the second day of heavy rain hit the region, where a woman and her child were photographed watching water levels rise up around their home.

The man was seen attempting to rescue his livestock from flooding.

Most of the Nepal Plain area is flooding because of the illegal Dam made by India in the border Area . If you research about it then you can know the whole truth. What India is doing is in dry season it is getting water for irrigation and in the rainy season flooding in Nepal . It is illegal to build any Dam within 10 KM in both sides of border but it doesn¿t apply to India. It is not a accusation but fact .
