Start with the moon and end with the moon!

At first, let me show you the surrounds as I worked in the garden today. Admittedly only light work as the sitting around is getting to me! The birds also visited as usual, but a trick took place behind my back!
Let me show you!

I planted some succulents in my private corner garden but look what's happening behind my back!
Little Troy (our doggie) is digging in a pot plant and a Loerie youngster is on the fruit tray!

A Hadeda Ibis came whoosing over my head!

Whilst a Glossy Starling sat in the tree eyeing the fruit tray!

Look! A new visitor! This young Loerie came to sit very close and I had to ask him for a photo!

And here is another little visitor that landed on my foot!

Finally, this moon signaled the end of my day in the garden.

Whenever one works in the soil, a loving sense of "everything will be alright" envelops one. A sense of peace and belonging. The smell of the soil is a lure to longing and the sounds of the birds evoke a soft internal humming.
Childhood memories of playing in the mud bounces around in the mind and a sense of serenity erupts in the soul.
I for one am happy when I work in the soil and it gives meaning to my existence to manage the earth!

Wow! All the photographs are just amazing. I wish I lived in a place like that and saw so many amazing birds everyday :)

Thank you and let me tell you that any dream can come true! One simply has to work on one's dreams! Blessings! @hungry-nomad

Troy helping prepare the soil, if you are allowed so is he. You plant flowers he will plant some bones for later, yes working the soil brings one closer to nature.

Yup! Troy is family and what's good for the goose.......! Nature is one of the most wonderful gifts! Blessings! @joanstewart
