A raid on the community!
Here is a fictional Steemit story that might ring some bells. Hope that you find it a bit entertaining as I am trying to lift the mood.
Right, let's go below!
Not a happy look after some unexpected and shocking news was received!
Unnerving news as a dangerous Wasp appeared in the neighborhood!
And this wasp was intent on steem cleaning the societies' chosen management!
But the community members kept a close eye on things!
Then an alarm call sounded out, as another danger appeared.
A cat partnered with the wasp and appeared on the scene!
A messenger by the name of "Twitty" was summoned to go and warn everyone in the community.
Oh! And a third partner, Mr. Hawk also appeared on the scene!
And so all of the different community members chatted to each other and formed a plan.
The plan was put into action and that hawk and the cat scattered!
So now the community members are waiting patiently to see what the future holds for them.
This is the crystal ball that is supposed to reveal the future to the communities in their reflections, but as you can see at the moment it is all a tangled mess!
And there you have it my friends. A short fictional trip through history and it is indeed history, as yesterday is gone and tomorrow is the future. It is what we do now in the present state that will affect our tomorrows and if our actions are calm and purposeful it might deliver great results.
The news that I have is that a common threat, or threats if you will, has had the result of drawing our communities closer together than ever before. This is as it should be, as united we stand!

Marvelous to capture the hawk like that!
That is my way too, to keep calm and purposeful. This has got me reflecting on the part Steem and the Steem community plays in my life and I love seeing the community come together!

One good thing out of all of this.
I still think a great way forward can be found, but not if people continue to cast stones at each other.
It was a bit difficult to get the hawk in the late afternoon sun, but I expected him as the doves took off like a house on fire Lol.

Ha ha ... A Luta Continua - I will respond as in jest, the way you depicted this in story format Stephen - Hakuna Matata what a wonderful phrase, this is one massive leap for decentralized blockchain technology, wonderful seeing the unfurl although the discomfort is telling....
And that's exactly it Lady Joan, the discomfort is maddening.
Everyone throwing their toys out of the cots and soon there might be nothing left to play with.

Ja, we live with enough drama and bad news here at home, need to have an easy going motto song for this one and Hakuna Matata came to mind, we will be alright!
We can only hope and pray my friend.
It has been a shock for everybody and nobody likes to threatened.
But the great thing is that it drew our communities together.
I also think that somehow we will all be okay.
