I think you're right, if indeed China lifts the ban on exchanges I think all cryptos will see a boost. But I think that the coin that will have the greatest gains will likely be Litecoin. Chinese buyers love LTC, the massive dump during the exchange closure's earlier this month drove the price down. I think NEO will also see huge gains when the ICO ban is lifted/regulated. Cheers!
