STUNNING COPPERHEAD PHOTO EDITS
All photos taken by our ten year old daughter.
Currently, Pinkie-Pepper and Red-Pepper are both working on different original children's book projects. In Pinkie-Pepper's book, we bring up the fact that Opossums are basically immune to snake venom. Since we are making an illustrated book, that means she needed at least one good photo of a venomous snake to include in the book project. We wanted an easily recognizable species, so we chose the Copperhead. Here are some edited photos of a couple different Copperheads that Pinkie-Pepper photographed for the book. I really like the way that these edits turned out, especially a couple of them. See what you think. Can you guess which one is my favorite?
These are great. You and your family are living a life that is true. My "favorite" is the fourth one, the closest to the snake. I also really like that last one, which captures how a snake can be invisible, even when it's in a sea of eyes.
That one is my favorite. You should see how they look in a pile of leaves.... they are almost invisible. Very dangerous like that.
