KALE ALL WINTER LONG!
I'm hoping that's how it goes!
This kale has been with us since spring, and while it's had its ups and downs, it's still hanging on and keeping us fed. I love having such nutritious edibles growing on our own property, and we treasure these rich leaves! Motivated by gratitude for this kale the other night, I snapped some photos to share. It sure looks healthy, doesn't it?

We just released our second book ever, "ARMADILLO ESCAPE" - a children's book that was the effort of three generations of our family, from @grandpa-pepper all the way down to Pinkie-Pepper. We're excited about it, so here's some links for you to check out in case you're interested. Thanks!

Yes! Grow that food!! I get alot of inspiration from seeing your family's journey through the homesteading move. I am trying to do the same albeit with a somewhat slower start LOL. Enjoy your kale AND your good health!
I have left Kale in the ground to get covered in snow for the winter and in Spring it comes back to life and starts growing again. Incredibly hardy plants!
