EPIC POND CLEAN
This was a ton of work, but it sure looks nice!
Honestly, you really have no idea. It was actually eight hours of solid hard "Papa-Pepper" effort to get this thing cleaned, but we made it. Armed with a couple little-peppers, I showed up at a neighbors house to clean his pond today. Lots of effort, yes, but the end result was excellent. I'll be sharing a video of it later, but check out these photos of before and after. Pretty cool stuff in my opinion.
BEFORE AND AFTER POND PHOTOS
In these photos you'll see how the pond started, how it looked when we got half of it clean, and how it looked once the other half cleaned too and whole thing was sparkling. Check them out and see what you think!
Until next time…
WHEN YOU GET THE CHANCE, MAKE THINGS BETTER!

Man, that's a big difference! Those little peppers sure know how to clean things up. Hopefully they'll get to swim in the pond sometime too. :)
Actually they took a boat out by themselves and went fishing when we were done. Some nice panfish and big cats, catch and release!
😯 no kidding! There are fish in the pond. How totally cool!! Do they taste good? Or do they taste 'muddy'?
Not sure, we've never eaten them, but they do get rather big. Had a lot of fun catching them too!
Fun = the secret ingredient to everything!
How did you get it so clean? Is beautiful
I took all of the algae and weeds out of it.
Goes to Show What I know. I Never Knew that Ponds needed to be Physically Cleaned Up and It is Great to have Helpers..........
LOL - Sometimes they do, and this was one of those times.
Massive effort you put in there! The result is definitely worth it.

Yes! Thanks much!
I have heard from a couple of pond owners that if you don't constantly stay at it a pond can get to an almost worthless point really quckly! One guy had a pool and said the pond was as much work to keep clean as the pool!
Yeah, I figured I'd practice for when I get my own. Now I've got experience!
How big, at least right now, is your pond going to be?
Did you see my reply to your latest post?
Yes...I have replied
Just awesome guys!! Sure a good thing your heifer didn't kill you! So you could help get this pond in order. WooooooEeeee! Maybe it will get clean enough to home some 🐟🐟🐟🐟!
Keep being Mighty Strong & Spicy Pappa-Pepper 🌶💪🙏❤
LOL - Yeah, the heifer was watching in the background, since this is where we dropped her off. The guy mentioned wanting his pond cleaned while we were over yesterday, so, although I'd never done anything like that, we came back today to figure it out.
Good for you! I can't imagine the heifer is going to get tamer when she calves ! Though maybe if you keep hand feeding her. Who knows!! Perhaps if you halter break her it might get easier from there! Best of luck to you!! She is a real beauty that fiesty girl!! 🐴🎶
