DISASTER AND DEATH
This was a hard one...
The whole time we were gone, our animals were fine, but right after we returned, disaster struck. One foolish move of not closing the main gate allowed some large predator access to our property, and cost five of our Guinea Fowl their lives. To make matters worse, these Guineas were gifts from @vcelier and @matthewtiii here on steemit. Now we are down to only four Guineas... Will they be enough to reproduce, or will we need to buy more?

Aww..I'm so sorry for your losses. What a hard lesson for the kidlets :( albeit a necessary one. I'm down to two chickens myself due to neighborhood dogs. I am in the process of strengthening our defenses. May your remaining guineas be fruitful and fill your coops with their awesomeness :)
Feathers... feathers everywhere! I'm so sorry. May the four remaining guineas multiply in abundance - it is the Abundant Harvest Homestead.
@matthewtiii did great with that pepper... except he forgot the hiccups! If PP offers you something that looks like a flower, here's my advice. Don't eat the flower. Unless you like the feeling of a giant cottonball in your mouth.
Wow, sorry to hear that you had this disaster. Hope things work out ok with the remaining Guineas.
I had a similar experience many years ago and it still haunts me. I am so sorry that happened. !tip

This is why you need big guard dogs to protect your livestock. The big dog you gave away to a friend...Could he have made a difference protecting your fowl?
So sorry for the loss... 😩
