This Was NOT Supposed to Happen
Well that kind of came out of nowhere!
I get it... You wouldn't know it by my videos, but I do have a priority right now. Unfortunately, "life" keeps "getting in the way" and I keep accomplishing other things instead of finishing my root cellar. It's not ideal, but it IS life, and it's the life I live.
I was honestly planning on starting the stairwell wall, but I had to unload a trailer full of mulch first. Then, when I noticed how tangled our Cold Hardy Kiwi vines were getting due to the collapsed trellis (I managed to drop two trees on top of it) I changed plans and switched gears. Soon, I'll get to my priority, but for now, enjoy the show!
The important thing is that you keep up the spirit and everything will run smoothly

Way to go Monstertruck, pulling weeds like a champ. I remember Saturday morning chores pulling weeds in our backyard in California. I hated it haha. I actually enjoy pulling weeds now.

Plans sometimes need to be changed and you will get back to the root cellar soon.
I often think the same about my life: it’s not ideal but it’s the life I’m living.
Furthermore, in Chile there’s a saying: el perfecto es enemigo de lo bueno. This means than trying to achieve a perfect result is often at odds (hostile) to achieve a GOOD result.
