Another session of drawing [8 artworks]
I needed to draw today. In the morning I had to deal with municipal bureaucracy, so drawing freely is a way to go back into my own thoughts.
Here is what came out of an hour of drawing. Some new images, some used ones.
Things inside things and transparent things. I could describe it in a better way but that's basically what these drawings are about. Hey, I'm an artist, not a critic!
The technique is colored pencils on A5 cardboard. Some little effect is added after the scan using Gimp. Just bright/contrast and invert, here and there.
Adding some filling create a nice primitive effect, sometimes.
The last one is just a giant going towards a city. He looks threatening.
Excellent sketches, wish i had something to get absorbed in aside writing after every disappointing day.

Amazing you can pull all that off in one session! The last one of the giant is the most interesting to me...seems like there is a story there :).
interesting use of basic colours and shading to give depth to those symbols/characters...really like them, evocative and a bit anguishing!

I don't know. People in a boat in a fish in a dog, probably ^^
