Train With Jane - Workout Of The Day 01/07/18
I hope you guys have been keeping track with your fitness goals this year, thanks to you guys I sure have! I’m loving this WOD I have going on here on Steemit, the support has been so amazing! If it weren’t for the internet holding me accountable I wouldn’t have been able to hold myself accountable, sadly. Even as a personal trainer I cant stay on track, thats why I decided to share each and every workout with you all.
Todays workout is a little intimidating, but all you need is a 10Lb plate (or a lower/higher weight). This workout can also be accomplished with a simple dumbbell, so grab your equipment and lets go! This workout is so creative that some of the exercises don’t have a name. I follow @mytrainercarmen on instagram and this is purely from her page. Sometimes, when I am fresh out of ideas or just feel like trying something new, fun and challenging, instagram is my go to!

Warm up:
-20 Min Walk on Treadmill at 3.5 MPH
-50 Jumping Jacks
-12 Inchworms
-10 Arm circles Forward (Each Arm)
-10 Arm Circles Backward (Each Arm)
**Circuit: **
Exercise 1: 12 Reps Each Side
Exercise 2: 12 Reps Each Side
Exercise 3: 12 Reps Each Side
Exercise 4: 15 Reps
x3
Finisher:
20 Mins HIIT
(One Minute Running at 6.0MPH followed by one minute walking at 3.0)
Cool Down:
-Inversion Table for 5 minutes
Duration of workout: Approximately 1hr and a half (Recording takes time)
Equipment used: 10LB Plate
Calories Burned: Approximately 550

Voice overs are on my todo list - just one of those things that I have never done and not really comfortable with it yet. Ill try, thanks for the tip!
They're slightly annoying to do, but makes the video so much better.

good work but you first start your day exercise with some running and warming your body then you feel extra boost energy.
I did start my day with some walking/jogging for 20 minutes. It says it in my post!
