My Smile Makes me Unique😊

I’ve stayed with me for years. I wake up with myself for years but I never think about myself. I’m I the only one or it’s the same for everyone. What makes you unique? Today I asked myself that question and it nearly brought tears to my face. No time for myself. Always chasing the future which we don’t even know when we will die. But today I did discover what makes me unique. It’s my smile.

My jaws are too soft. They are presentable. I never gave my face a look as to how it feels when I smile. The wide nature of my mouth when I display my teeth. It makes me look different and gives me hope I don’t know where it’s coming from. That is when I know that’s what makes me unique.

I smile and people smile too. I have been in cases whereby friends told me, “Bro, anytime I look at your face, I smile. I just love the way your face is.” I never gave it much thought. Today I discovered what he has been seeing for me. It’s that smile that makes me different. The hope of all.

It’s not easy to keep a smile in difficult times. I do keep mine. That’s where I get my hope to give to others. Sometimes it’s not a matter of being okay to tell someone it will be okay. It’s just a matter of letting them know it will be okay when you are not okay. So that when they gain the courage to climb the ladder, they will come back and give you hope for the future. Always keep a smile.

Find what makes you unique. It might be your talk. It might be the way you approach people. If what makes you unique is not liked by people, you become an introvert. If what makes you unique attracts you to people, then it makes you an extrovert. Until you can know the bridge you are crossing, you will never know whether to step inside or not because you can’t tell the depth of the water underneath. Just know yourself.

Check my smile out. Isn’t it wonderful? I know my wife will love it one day. Smile, it’s sunnah. Start a journey of knowing yourself. When you know, you will discover what makes you unique. When that then happens, you will find a purpose to continue living until you find your lost rib.
