Permaculture and Patrick

Hi Steemians - At my ripe old age I find that I am learning new things every day. Yes, of course I have always known that it's good to have a healthy diet !

Living in beautiful Cyprus and I can see that my skin has improved, my diet has improved and now even more thanks to this amazing farmer @patrickm my diet just went up a notch or two - as now I am eating organic fruit and vegetables freshly picked at the farm without any of the nutrients taken out with chemicals etc

Am I spoilt - or what ? below is a picture of @patrickm delivering to my door. This I wont find anywhere else in the world.

@patrickm treated Jack and I to a visit and to see the behind the scenes of this correct way of farming and to meet his lovely wife and two beautiful children pictured below

Walking along the river at Tris Elies with @deimus @patrickm , Allen and Kitty

After a lovely walk Kitty made us home baked bread, a delicious salad and another organic dish which was delicious. It was an amazing day - to be etched into our memories forever.

@Deimus and Allen took some video footage to remember our day and we sent it to South Africa for @edenmichelle to edit and add music to.
