Contest: Who Is Your Happiness?

Hello everyone, I feel so happy being a part of this contest. When I saw the word "happiness", only one person crossed my mind and that was my lovely dad. There's no better definition of happiness to me. He's everything i need.

My dad is strict, prayerful, smart, loving and understanding. A great listener too, there was never a time he wasn't present to make me feel better. He's a strong man I'll admit. I got my height from him because he's tall too. He's easily loved wherever he goes. Even though people envy him, they still end up loving him instead of just bringing him down. He's a man full of visions. I like how he loves God, it's powerful.

There was never a time that we had to starve in the house. He is a real man, a man who provides. He doesn't joke with his family. While some people were being driven from school because they couldn't afford their fees, my dad made sure we never got embarrassed by any of them. He paid all our fees and made us feel safe and happy. He singlehandedly made me who I am today. I turned out to be a brave woman because of a great man. He taught me contentment so I wasn't really impressed by what others have. I learnt how to do a lot of chores because of him. I can iron any clothes so perfectly and I can wash a car neatly too.

Every moment spent with him was my favourite memories. I miss the time he would buy bags of fruits then we eat while we talk about virtually everything. I love that moment of seeing that I took first position in school then he gets me a gift. The first time I prepared pepper soup at a younger age, he mocked and laughed at me. The water in the pepper soup was way bigger than the fishes I used in cooking. We were all looking for the fishes in the pot because the water overshadowed it. He's a good teacher and a mentor. I miss him too
