Great post! You explained it simply but thoroughly. Imagine how great the world would be if everyone took this advice. Personally, I believe the inability of many to control their emotions, or rather the tendency of many to "think" with their emotions is a large part of why our world is so screwed up. As you say... "when our emotions are high our intelligence is low."
