Without Steemit, Steem Is Just One Of Those 2000+ Shitcoins
Recently, in a post I got a reply from one of the first Steemians and best known Steemit witnesses.
He told me he will be happy if there will be 0 authors left on Steemit.
He also told me -in his Gilles de la Tourette style- that I don't understand the Real Super Powers, Hidden Deep within Steem...
Well, personally I think without Steemit, Steem is nothing but just another of those 2000+ shitcoins of whom 95%+ are doomed to fail.
Why would Steem be so different than any other "next generation cryptocurrency"?
What makes Steem so special compared to other cryptocurrencies?
The First Generation Cryptocurrency now works fast as Lightning.
Why then would we need Steem?
I think Steem is special ONLY because of Steemit and its potential.
Without Steemit, Steem is just another shitcoin, doomed to fail.

without steemit I would never even had heard of steem in the first place.
And what would steem mean to me? Nothing.
I pay in Euro where I live; I do not thing that the local grocerie store will accept Steem as payment… ;-0
