ACHIEVEMENT 3 by @padosky TASK: CONTENT ETIQUETTE

Hello great steemians, today we'll be looking into Content Etiquette. This task has taught me three good lessons:

• keeping me abreast to the steem etiquettes
• how good the brain concept is to writing
• how to share best and quality contents

WHAT IS PLAGIARISM

From my own understanding, plagiarism is an act of stealing someone's content, image, or any work at all produced by another individual. In summary of what i got, It is of paramount importance that honor should be given to whom honor is due.

HOW TO AVOID PLAGIARISM

Quite simple, cite your sources
Quote, Paraphrase and Summarize

• Quote: use exact text, verbatim, from the source.
  Example:
  Albert Einstein once said,

  "Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value."^Source

• Paraphrase: provide a detailed restatement of a single main idea using your own words.
  Example, using the same quote above:
  Be a man of value and not of success^Source

• Summarize: Include the main idea of a source using your own words.

I am happy i can now do some citations, before now, it's very difficult for me.
