Greetings everyone,

and I welcome you to an insightful lecture session on Tron Ecosystem by professor @sapwood. I will be presenting my work on question 1 of task 1.

1. What is TronLink and what is Tronscan? What are its uses? How do you verify a transaction status(including timestamp, resource consumption(bandwidth & energy), nos of confirmations) using Tronscan-- Examples, Screenshot? What are the different dApps can you explore using the TronLink wallet? Make a transaction(a micro-transaction) with Justswap or JustLend using TronLink wallet? Screenshot?

What is TronLink and it's uses?

Tronlink is the official blockchain wallet of tron that allows users to connect their applications to the tron platform via mobile or pc. It supports various forms of operating systems like Android, iOS, Huawei HarmonyOS. It can also be found as extensions in the Chrome browser at the moment.

Tronlink allows its users to create a new wallet or use their existing wallet to send or receive TRX, all TRC-10, TRC-20 tokens, etc. Users are also allowed to join in voting, freeze/unfreeze, and testing environments for developers.

Tronlink allows users to use dApps such as sunio, justswap, justlend, and more.

Uses of TronLink

Users are allowed to make deposits and withdrawals using the chrome browser extension. This feature helps users control their money without having to exit the bitcasino game. TronLink can be used on both pc browsers and mobiles but for now, it is only available on google chrome.
TronLink can also be used to send or receive certain tokens as mentioned earlier above. One must sign up or sign in to the TronLink account to be able to send or receive tokens. TronLink generates a unique address for each user which helps them receive assets from other people. Moreover, you would have to take the address of the person you also want to send assets to. These unique addresses provided by TronLink help make our transactions secure and safe.
TronLink allows websites to interact with Tron Blockchain. You can directly interact with smart contracts on Tron Blockchain with the easy use developer interface that TronLink provides on the networks. TronLink makes it convenient to connect to dApps like justlend and justswap that can be used to send or receive tokens and also stake your assets on the bitcasino game to earn more.

What is Tronscan and its uses?

TronScan is the first Block explorer of the Tron blockchain. It is a structured and organized database that lets you connect your ledger device to the Tron platform, which shows and manages your balance and transactions. TronScan allows you to send, receive and manage Tron tokens and dapps across the network.

TronScan allows users to look up, confirm and validate transactions on Tron blockchain. All information received is displayed on the website to promote the transparency of blockchains to make users feel secure. TronScan supports token creation, voting, contract deployment, Bandwidth & Energy, etc.

Uses of TronScan

TranScan allows you to validate addresses. There are a lot of scams going on in the crypto world, people use fake addresses to claim assets that are not theirs. So the TranScan will check the address and make sure it is a valid address before sending your assets. People make mistakes in addresses when sending assets, and as we all know, these transactions cannot to reversed so the TranScan makes sure that the address entered is right to prevent any unnecessary loss of assets.
TranScan allows you to check the status of a transaction. There are thousands of transactions being made every day. Some of these transactions do not go through and others also get delayed. A user can use the TranScan to check the status of the transaction made. TranScan conveys information to the user as to why a particular transaction has not gone through yet or is being delayed. This helps put the user's mind at ease and also lets the user know what to do to help with the situation.
TranScan allows users to vote and trade trx. Tron Super Representatives are selected via voting. You have to freeze at least one of your own Tron Wallets to be able to vote. You can buy or sell all kinds of TRX - 20 tokens on the platform.
