thirty bees turkish translation part 2

thirty bees is an open-source fork of PrestaShop 1.6. Their aim with this fork is to provide a feature set that merchants need. They are rewriting a lot of the core modules and cleaning up the legacy code. They aim to provide a stable, feature-rich e-commerce platform to grow businesses.

This is the second part of my translation. I completed the email_content file from 1% to 100%. Translation was not that hard because the terms were related with Banking,Shipping,Account creation etc
