God's Puppet

He wanted more out of Himself so He made me
A spectacle of excellence
The summary of his finest intentions
Ruler of the visible
Controller of the invincible
I am the head of all creation
The creator’s masterpiece
The essence of His pride
The reflection of His triune nature
Enigma’s shadow
The brief of His infiniteness
The glimpse of His awesomeness
So sensitive is He about me
That He calls me the apple of His eyes
So great was His sacrifice
That He died for me
I am not my own
For I’ve been engrafted into His body
A mortal with immortal extensions
A mouth for praise and prophecy
Hands for worship and healing
Feet to trample satanic domains and in readiness for the gospel
Eyes to see visions, revelations and dreams
My body; an eternal temple of the Most High
Tied by the knots of love
Connected by the strings of grace
I resonate to Heaven’s twitching
