Leaders Eat Last
Have you really sat down to think about what the concept of leadership is all about?. Maybe yes or maybe No. Irrespective of the group you fall into, being the leader is way more about being the boss ( The head). It isn't only about being sending people errands without caring for their welfare. Leaders strife to create an environment and working space that's is lovely and safe.
Leaders create an avenue where people feel comfortable to show their abilities without fear of any harm coming their way. Therefore, there are certain things leaders need to understand and I will let you know below.
Firstly , leaders need to understand that their job description is the effectiveness of his or her workers and not the organization itself. So many leaders in a bid to ensure that their organization or company become the best make the mistake of not caring about their workers. They refuse to understand that if the workers do not give their 💯%, it will be difficult for organization to progress. Therefore as leaders, you major responsibility is making those working for you feel comfortable and happy. Once they see that you don't neglect them or disrespect them, they most certainly will give their all to the growth of organization.
Secondly, leaders must understand the importance of their workers and therefore must learn to ensure they place the interest of their workers before theirs. I quite understand that it's not always going to be easy but you have to be quite dedicated to their welfare.
Thirdly, is your employees always in the habit of costing you because of his or her lack of skills?. Then it is not time to showcase your authority . It is just not a time to fire or sack someone again. It is an avenue to lecture and norture that employed to learn. Even in our daily lives, if someone's offends you and you still see the person and greet them the next day, they will feel very bad inside. Therefore when you reach them and keep them when they expect to be fired, you will see the dedication they will put to their work and the output they will produce.

Leadership means leading, It is an avenue to lecture and norture that employed to learn.
It would be great that in the jobs they taught the bosses what it is to be a leader. So many companies and departments will work better. Especially for the first point. Many focus on the organization and run over their workers for this reason, without taking into consideration what you mention ... If the employee is not well, their work will not be good.
A whole lot of responsibility falls on the shoulders of the leader
He or she must be able to use discretions to approach matters

Very true. A lot of people mistake leadership as having people under your control; it is actually serving those who are placed under your care

Our society tend to have more "rulers" than "leaders" hence producing disgruntled unproductive followers(or workers).
