Litecoin Increased 36% Overnight

In 24 hours Litecoin gained 36% raising its market capitalization to $11.9 billion, it is now the fifth most capitalized cryptocurrency. On February 14, it reached the $210 level.

According the The Daily Express the rise was due to a deal with Visa. The credit card company is planning to introduce Litepay which will be compatible with Visa cards. When the cards are issued businesses will have a practical payment method using cryptocurrencies. It is rumored that the launch date will be on February 26.
