Yet I waited...
YET I WAITED...BY OGUNLEYE DELE VICTOR
Many nights
And sometimes day
The sun hides behind the skies
And the moon, hold no reason to shine
Yet I waited
Restlessly, but patiently
Did i wait in vain?
Many drops
And sometimes flood
The river refuses to flow
And the ocean, can be emptied in a bowl
Yet I waited
Recklessly, but expectantly
Did i wait to shame?
Many letters
And sometimes words
The voice mutes
And the crowd, cant even produce a sound
Yet I waited
Raging, but hoping
Did this hope disappoint?
I hope you enjoy the poem
It is a poetic affair 📝

I believe you should keep waiting, maybe the love will come, the time will change, the hope will be restore.
Wait, for it's a gift of Hope.
Wait. Things will come to the best.
