Before you take the lead

There are some very interesting things to learn when people of likeminds gather. At a CITH (Church in the Home) meeting, we discussed the message that was preached in service using this outline.
The Text was from Judges 6 vs. 11 – 16; emphasis verse 12, 14, 15; Judges 7 vs. 2 – 4, Mathew 6 vs. 22 - 26

For many people who believe otherwise, leadership always begin in the background.
It is very difficult to be an inspiration if you haven't come from the background, because it is your background that really tells who you are. You can fake many things but NOT your part.

If your actions help others to be, do and become more, then you are a leader. Leadership comes in different shapes and sizes.
Everybody is a leader, be it at your job, in your home etc. You lead in the family, job, your sector, etc.

Leadership is not necessarily for the old and aged. You must take the lead. Today, your view of yourself must change.
The promise keeping God, doesn't operate on our performance!
The God factor helps you to intimate that this is the preparation process.
Preparation is not our prerogative, it is God who prepares us. Joseph wasn't even prepared!
Joseph was not even aware that he was in preparation. The pain is an indication that you are in preparation.

Great leadership cannot be separated from great vision. Share the vision, let your team interpret it.

When vision is communicated effectively to even the least in a team, it becomes a mission. If you don't have a vision, the devil will give you one!

Take the lead!!!
Start listening and learning from a circle that has an understanding of how things work.
Democracy is not the only legitimacy to bonafide, good leadership.

Now we must pray inline with Eph. 1: 18 that
"The eyes of our understanding being enlightened; that we may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints"

Until you take the lead; you are only a passive leader.
