Self care is not selfish

Self-care is one of the healthy ways to self-love. Many people mistake self-care and self-love with selfishness. How could you give something to others you don't have yourself? If you don't self-care you won't have the energy and motivation to love the people around you. Painting is one of the many ways I self-care. How will you self-care today?
