The Chakras

A person can get energy from many different levels of vibrations - including color - that are used in various parts of the body.

Throughout our body we have major energy centers, which are connected to important organs or glands that control other parts of the body. Each of these major energy centres is known as the"Chakra", which is a Sanskrit word meaning"wheel".

A chakra is like a spiral vortex wheel that spins in a circular motion forming a void in the center drawing on whatever it finds in its particular vibratory level.

The Body Chakras

It is said that our body contains hundreds of chakras that are the key to the operation of our being. These"casters" encode information from our surrounding environments. Coded information can be anything from color vibration to ultraviolet ray, to a radio or microwave to someone else's aura.

In essence our chakras receive the health of our environment, including the people we come in contact with (that's why other people's spirits affect us!) as well as our chakras radiate vibrational energy.

It is also believed that we have seven major chakra centers and that each is connected to our being on many different levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

At the physical level each chakra governs a main organ or gland, which is connected to other parts of the body that resonate at the same frequency.

Every organ, gland and system of the body is connected to a chakra, and every chakra is connected to a vibratory frequency of color. For example, the heart chakra governs the thymus gland and is also responsible for the functioning of the heart, lungs, bronchial system, lymph glands, secondary circulatory system, immune system as well as the arms and hands; the heart chakra resonates to the green color.

The seven main chakra centers are aligned along the spine. If there is any disturbance at any level, this is reflected in the level of vitality of the chakra. Each of the seven main chakras is also its own intelligence center.

This means that each chakra is not only associated with our physical health, but also controls aspects connected to our emotional, mental and spiritual system.

To help balance a chakra on an emotional, intellectual, physical or spiritual level, we need to bring the chakra vibration (color), which resonates at the same frequency.

In the study of the anatomy of the aura it is important to understand the meaning of the chakra system, and the language of colors expressed in the aura.

The names of the seven main chakras and the dominant organ that each governs are as follows:

When one part of a chakra center is out of tune it can eventually affect its other parts and possibly the surrounding chakras.

When a chakra center is out of balance it means it is over- or deactivated, or possibly congested or blocked. If this happens it is usually felt on a mental, emotional or physical level.

What is energy and why does it affect our chakras?

Sunlight is our greatest source of light, heat and energy. Sunlight not only sustains life on Earth, but also substances the Earth itself.

It provides plants with the energy of photosynthesis, which are converted into substances of life for animals and humans. Sunlight consists of energy in the form of electromagnetic waves and apart from this electromagnetic energy includes cosmic rays, gamma rays, x-rays, visible light rays, infrared rays, microwaves and long and short waves (radio waves).

We use many of these energies in our daily lives; however, it seems that we do not put much emphasis on visible rays of light. We refer to them as the visible rays of light because of all the energies mentioned above, the rays of light are visually possible.

By holding a prism under the sun, we can divide the visible spectrum of light rays into seven different shades of color.

Light consists of the seven energies of color: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. We can see these seven colors in a rainbow, drop of rain or sprayed and even in a snowflake.

Lights and color are inseparable. Each color of visible light rays has different wavelengths and wavelengths of vibration that affect us in different ways. Red has the longest wavelength and the slowest frequency of vibration, which we innately recognize as warm and stimulating. On the other hand, violet has the shortest wave and the fastest vibration frequency, which we recognize as a fresh and soothing energy.

We receive energy through the eyes, which then stimulate the retina and its cells, sticks and cones. These impulses travel through the optic nerve to the visual cortex of the brain via the pituitary, stimulating other glands and their secretion hormones to various parts of your body.

Many functions of the body are stimulated or retarded by light and different colors and this is what affects our chakra system. Since light and its colors physically affect glands and hormones, they also have a marked influence on our moods and feelings.

Science has proven that certain colors can calm the mind while others stimulate mental activity. We need light energy to feed our brain, our emotions and our physical body as well as our light bodies and especially our chakras.

Light can also enter through our skin and our breath. In this way, we can receive additional light energy by balancing the consumption of foods of various colors, herbs, vitamins, aromatherapy, sounds, minerals, clothing, decoration and color baths.

Importance of our chakra system.

Really little is known and understood about the human psyche and its intricate systems. In any case, medical science has proven that toxins and other impurities, including negative thoughts, chemical modifications in our food or other factors of environmental poverty influence our body.

Constant forms of contamination can cause imbalances to manifest in the chakras, which can eventually affect a physical level.

Since traditional health care systems are unable to completely relieve symptoms naturally or completely or cure problems, this means that it is up to each individual to improve their health conditions.

We must also consider that we can be our best doctor. So understanding the chakra system is more about how you can help improve your own health at all levels of your being.

The benefit of learning about your own chakra system is for you to understand a whole (all = body, mind and spirit in harmony) that when all your parts (all your seven chakra centers) are communicating together and working in alliance with others, you will have little or no energetic disorder.

For example, if your mental part is powerful and also the physical, emotional and spiritual parts are equally strong, then you feel at your optimum level.

These days, we live in a fast-paced world and often forget our"everything". We place too much emphasis on independence and too little on our interdependence.

Our chakras are interdependent on each other to achieve harmony and balance. The emphasis of this website is to educate you about your entire chakra system so that you can take control of your life and become the best you can be in your life. No one else is entirely responsible for you... except you!

Your mind alone cannot nourish your whole being, nor can a diet solve your problems. It is important to understand that"all you" has to be understood to keep"your house" in order.

If there is any agitation or disorder on any level, this is reflected in a level of vitality of the chakra. And each of the seven major chakras has its own innate intelligence and function. Much like how the functions of the body work automatically, your chakra centers also operate automatically.

If you understand your chakra system then you should learn about what the function of each chakra is and how it represents a part of your"whole".

Energy Chakra: Ways to energize your chakras

Every day we stimulate our chakra centers in one way or another, for example, through the different thoughts we have or physically through our senses. Every day we energize our centers, consciously or unconsciously, through many methods.

Below is a list of common ways we carry our chakra centers:

Thoughts

Thoughts are a form of energy. Science has proven that positive thoughts allow our energy to flow freely and without restriction, while negative thoughts decrease the energy in our body. Every thought (whether mental or emotional) is connected to a chakra.

For example, a passionate thought is a stimulating red energy, but an angry thought decreases the flow of positive red thought. This means that a continuous thought of anger will diminish the root of the chakra energy.

The sun

This is our most important source of energy. Through light, the seven colored energies flow from the sun's rays to the earth.

People, animals, plants, minerals, water and our farms also receive energy from sunlight. (If you can't enjoy sunlight for at least a few hours a day, put a full spectrum light bulb in your work area or in a lamp at home.)

Food

When the sun's rays bless all plant life, it gives life to that plant and energy. When the plant absorbs energy, the energy of the sprouting color is the energy of that fruit, vegetable or flower.

Without that energy our bodies would not be able to assimilate the nutritional value of food.

Balance your chakras daily by eating foods that contain each of the seven colors of energy (that's why the doctor always says we should eat a plate of foods of different colors... for the value of the food!).

Visualization

Meditation and breathing (Yoga). Since thought is a form of energy, you can stimulate your chakra centers by meditating, visualizing or breathing by carrying energy into your many chakra centers. Adding the color of intention adds additional power to the vibration of the chakra.

Gems/minerals

Stones and minerals are also forms of energy. For example, crystals contain a crystalline structure like the human body.

The crystals amplify the energy and can be programmed (e.g. computer chips and clocks). Wearing jewelry with stones or placing stones and minerals in your environment is a simple way to absorb the healing vibrations of stones and minerals.

Aromatherapy

Essential oils are the pure essence of plants or flowers. Each oil has a vibration that corresponds to a color.

Oils have healing properties of herbs, flowers or plants. Use only quality essential oils (cheap oils may contain toxins). Also never apply essential oils directly to the skin (dilute with oils or in the shower).

Music and dance

Music can affect us in a positive or negative way. Each musical note corresponds to a color and a chakra center.

Intonations and sounds

We can vocally make sounds to vibrate at the same frequency as various organs in our body. Regulating intonation can help our body's organs function properly. Noise pollution can disturb our environment. Surrender to the sounds that make us happy and productive. Color toning By projecting light through various color filters on your body, the color vibrations will be absorbed by your skin, intervening in the designated area.

Solarized water

Recharge the water by filling colored glasses with water or by placing colored filters in front of a glass of water and letting the sun's rays kiss the water with the energy of color.

Make sure the glass is lead-free and has a defined, smooth shade.

Syntonics or Optometric Phototherapy

It's the use of color in the eyes. Through the color in the eyes we can stimulate our pituitary gland, which in turn releases hormones connected to the relative organ of the same frequency.

Lenses or therapeutic glasses that are manufactured with various color filters can be simply worn when you need a certain color or chakra energy refill.

Make sure that the coloured glasses are protective %100 UVA & UVB when worn outdoors and, again, the exact, smooth shade of the colour of the lenses is very, very important.

Note: If the manufacturer or distributor is not involved with color therapies, these colored lenses are not made for healing purposes.

Decoration

Use colors consciously in your home or work environment to give you more productive and positive energy. Paint the room or add different colored cushions, pictures, carpets, etc.

Clothing

The ones we use will influence our mood, mind and energy level. Light penetrates our clothes, amplifying the energy of the colour we are wearing. The more vibrant the clothes, the better the energy they transfer.

Art and colour

Art and color can be used as a release of expression or stimulus. Surrender to the colors, which are convenient and just what you need to complement in that area. Use soothing colors in your room and mentally stimulating colors in your workspace.
