At the local government council today to get my PVC (personal voters card) and all that has happened so far is a big fat nothing.

As in ehn! People dey pay to actually get the PVC done . it's just terrible,walahi!!
With the way things dey go for this side....I just taya...smh!

If not because I needed it so much for my bank sef I for no dey here...oga,o ga gan o...aje!!!
