White strawberry , White jewel !

The fruits of this species can be found in different parts of our planet, but the only place you can taste the most exotic white strawberry is Japan, this fruit is called white jewels and it costs tropical fruit lovers $10 per one. Although these fruits look immature, they are tastier than red strawberries, white jewels have a white color from the inside and outside also and the weight of one of them is 50 grams, the secret of her unusual appearance is in special care where these fruits are planted under limited sunlight and with all this care, the farmer gets only 10% of the white strawberry from the total of the grown strawberries, whenever the white jewel is lighter in color, all defects are better seen, such as scratches and mildew, which means the crop is dropping more, which explains the high cost of white jewels but the Japanese are willing to pay any money to buy this fruit.

By the way, each one is filled individually as if it is not strawberry but a real gem , not only because of its tropical look but because the white color in Japan is a symbol of purity  .
