Unable To Reverse/Cancel Transaction on Market

Hello everyone, first of all I would like to appreciate the team that came up with the market menu via the wallet, as it is worth it, instant exchange of fund at a desired rate, and so many more options.

So the market menu has really helped a lot, when the price of steem went down or went up and vise versa, the error today is related to transaction process and maybe it should be looked out, although I don’t know if it is limited to my mobile device but you can check it out and see if that’s the case or not.

Today I was trying to exchange sbd known as steem dollar to steem via the market medium, and what I noticed was that after clicking on Buy Steem, I was unable to cancel my transaction even though the option to cancel reverse transaction was still there.

So like normal exchange site, when you purchase or exchange a particular coin, the bid is placed and upon completing it, the bid disappears using your browser flash player and you are funded with the desired coin, but that was not the case today.

So, I clicked on the market from my wallet, I was going to exchange sbd steem dollar of 5.375 to steem which from the conversion rate then was 0.764484 steem dollar/steem so my total amount then would give me 7.030 steem upon exchange of the sbd to steem.

Then I clicked the Buy Steem button which can be located and boldly written on the page, so my order was placed at that amount, but the bid had not gone through yet, so I thought and I decided to cancel the transaction hoping I would get my sbd steem dollar back but then the error Transaction failed: steem account doesn’t exist. which can be seen from the image below was displayed to me, upon clicking the cancel option.

At first, I thought steem account doesn’t exist like what does this mean, that my transaction did not go through or my internet connection was acting up again or if I had just lost 5.375 sbd steem dollar, although I know it’s quite small but what if it was somewhat bigger than that?

So with the conclusion of maybe my transaction went through, or probably network failure, and so many thoughts, I decided to check my wallet once more, if the steem dollar was still available or not.
What I found was that the transaction had gone through but then +5.375 sbd steem dollar was still under my steem dollar wallet, usually if it was steem power would have concluded it was delegation but steem dollar I guess not.

After few minutes everything had settled back and the +5.375 sbd steem dollar was no longer available, probably a glitch or something I don’t really know.

So it would be great if this was looked into, so as not frighten or next time lead to transaction error, or transaction failed and the steem dollar would no longer be retrievable then, now it’s just 5.375 sbd steem dollar next time it could be much more greater than that.

My device name is Infinix Hot Note x551 16gb rom and 1gig ram running on a custom rom android version 5.1 lollipop.

Browser been used at the time of observing this, purchasing/exchanging of steem dollar to steem was google chrome browser downloaded from google playstore and recently updated to version 62.0.3202.84
