Carabao Cup 4th round: Review and Results.
Hello guys!
The fourth round of the Carabao Cup formerly known as the English Football Cup (EFL) cup has just been concluded.
Eight teams are through to the quarter finals of the competition with the draws scheduled to be announced later today.
Arsenal had to come from behind to snatch a draw against Norwich City.
The home side dominated the whole 90 minutes but couldn't find the back of the net until the extra added minutes.
Edward Nketiah's brace helped secure a quarter final spot for Wenger's men.
Manchester City were up against championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The away team were resilient and kept Aguero and G.Jesus quiet the entire match. Although Manchester City won the game on penalties.
Swansea City hosted the defending champions of this tournament, Manchester United.
The Red Devils won both halves of the match with both goals coming from Jesse Lingard to secure their spot in the quarter finals of the competition.
Chelsea defeated Everton who are without a manager after he was sacked following the clubs defeat to Arsenal and the poor performance of the entire team since the beginning of the season.
The likes of Danny Drinkwater, Ampadu, Zappacosta and Kennedy all started for Chelsea.
Antonio Rudiger broke the deadlock on the 26th minute before Willian doubled it on the 90th minute.
Elsewhere in London, Tottenham Hotspur
Were beaten by West Ham United. The home side were leading by 2 goals to nill before half time, but the away side turned the game around with 3 goals.

Bournemouth 3-1 Middlesbrough
Arsenal 2-1 Norwich (AET)
Bristol City 4-1 Crystal Palace
Leicester City 3-1 Leeds United
Swansea 0-2 Manchester United
Manchester City 0-0 Wolverhampton.
