Kehwa:Famous drink in Kashmir

This day was just normal than usual.
Firstly i took tea and then i cook food.
Then i put coal in Kangri.
And after that i ate food. And the i washed dishes. And again the process continued.
At the moment, i am making late night Kehwa. So basically, Kehwa is something which is famous in our state.

I was talking about Kehwa. It is been used since long time but at that time there wasn't already prepared. They had to prepare it by adding whole spices , Kashmiri Saffron, nuts, sugar.

I also know that type of preparation of Kehwa.
But today I'm gonna tell you about its preparation. I am making only 1 cup of Kehwa so if you make for some other persons then take water as per persons. I took a cup of water and added 1 spoon of Kehwa mixture in it. If you add sugar then add it after you put 1 spoon of Kehwa but here i am taking honey so i will add it directly in the cup. When it boils, i pour it in the cup which i have already added 1 spoon of Honey. After this i mixed it and enjoyed the taste of it.

There is other method of Kehwa which if i made anytime i will tell you surely.
