Naked Time

I spent literally four days in the nude last week. At this point I am not sure if that is the longest ever or not. Honestly I have lost track.

For some people that may be a good thing. Vacations are healthy, right?

For me four days nude meant shutting out the world and going internal. Going internal is tremendously unhealthy for me.

I have to wonder how many closet nudists there are out there who sacrifice their mental health for the ability to practice their lifestyle. How many people would prefer to stay home naked then go out with friends because they would have to get dressed?

That is the sign of obsession right there. Not that there aren’t sacrifices that we make for the things we love, there are always trade-offs in life. But when the sacrifice is our emotional well being that is a sign that maybe we are in too deep.

This week has already been different. I went to town yesterday. I sacrificed a bit of nekkid time for some social interaction. The rest of the week will probably be spent home and nude but I feel much better for the time spent out in the world.
