• 2 onions

• Half a cup of vegetable oil

• 4 green chillies

• 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder

• 4 eggs

• 2 teaspoons red chilli powder

• 2 tablespoons corn flour

• 2 inch ginger

• 1 handful coriander leaves

• 10 white bread

• 10 cheese slices

Preparation

Break eggs in a bowl and beat them well. Add coriander leaves, chopped onion, ginger, chopped chilli, red chili powder, salt and chaat masala, mix them well.

Cut the bread slices from side to side. Now put the cheese slices on the bread slices and pour the batter over it. Now roll the bread and roll it with corn flour.

Heat a pan on medium flame and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, put a roll in it and fry it.

Serve this with the sauce of your choice.
