Crispy olives with garlic sauce
This deliciously flavored dish will take just 10 minutes to prepare. It will be a great pair for a cocktail or glass of wine.
Cooking time 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- Vegetable oil 500-600 ml
- Egg 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 60 g
- Stuffed olives 300 g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise 75 g
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Salt taste
- Ground black pepper taste
Can add
- Spice taste
Preparation
1.. Heat oil in a saucepan or deep skillet.
2 ․ Beat the egg with a fork. Dip the olives in an egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
For a spicier taste, mix the rusks with your favorite spices, if desired.
3 ․ Deep-fry the olives until golden brown for 1-2 minutes. Place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
four. Peel the garlic, pass through a press and mix with mayonnaise. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to the sauce, stir.
five. Serve hot fried olives with garlic sauce.
