ACHIEVEMENT TWO: BASIC STEEEM SECURITY WRITTEN BY @optimistwise1

Good afternoon beloved steemians!

It's a pleasure to introduce myself, I am Charles Ekpima by name, and I have successfully completed my achievement one post some few days ago. Actually, I wasn't in a haste to make my achievement 2(basic steem security)post, this is because I demanded to have an in-depth understanding on the basic steem security before making any post, this however required a level of commitment and attention on my path.
My special appreciation goes to @Cryptokannon for the grim mentorship on how to write achievement 2 post, mostly for the beginners in the community.

Question 1: Have I recaptured all my steemit keys?

Off course Yes. All my steemit keys have been retrieved and saved in my correspondence account as draft.

Question 2: Do I know each of these crucial functions and restrictions?

Yes I do, I have carefully read through the achievement 2 tutor post compiled by @Cryptokannon. It was duly explained and understandable. I have also taken conscious of each of their functions and restrictions.
The keys are as follows;

• Owner Key: This is the most valuable key and you can only used it when it's necessary. It is known to control other crucials(keys) and it's useful in recovering account.
• Active key: The key is for sensitive portmanteau (wallet) related conduct which includes; transferring steems and steem dollars, streamlining profile details and powering up your steems.
• Posting key: This crucial (key) serves a lot of functions in steemit, ranging from Posting anything post-able, editing posts, commenting on posts, voting on post, resteeming other people post as well as following and muting other accounts.

Question 3: How do I intend to keep my master crucials (keys)?

I intend saving my master keys as draft in my correspondence(email) account. In which I know I can fluently retrieved when I want it. I have also written down my master keys on my diary book for easy accessibility.

Question 4: What should I do if my words/keys get missing?

One of the vital information I got from the steemit preface, emphasizes that there is no way I could recover my steemit account has real-value if I don't saved my keys. So in order to avoid such a menace, I decided to transferred my keys to my email account for security. I also decided to copy down all my steemit keys to my diary book for easy accessibility and for security.

Question 5: Do I know how to transfer my steem commemorative to another steem stoner(user) account?

Yes I do, these are the steps;

• Step 1: Go to the portmanteau (wallet) source and click on the drop down arrow close to steem:
  
• Step 2: Click on transfer
  
• Step 3: Insert the person username and quantum
  
• Step 4: Enter the needed key and steem will be transferred
  

Question 6: Do I know how to power up my steem?

Yes I know how to power up my steem, the following steps are adopted;

• Step 1: Go to wallet source
  
• Step 2: Click on the drop down arrow and elect power-up
  
  -Step 3: Enter the quantum and keys, and steem will be converted to steem power
  
• Step 4: Enter your fitted private key and your steem will be power-up.
