Hello beloved, sometimes we judge someone being a sinner base on what we perceive in our thoughts which may be wrong in that way. In other instance we also judge base on laws that we have internalized or acquired. But, every event, situation or condition can describe its own course of action as being sin or not. But that is also not the best way to think or imagine as Scripture says; "thy shall not judge your neighbor!"(Matthew 7:1)

There was a time that Jesus Christ was walking several miles with his Disciples, they were hunger. luckily the Disciples found someone's maize haven matured, they branched there and took some with the cobs and chewed. The Pharisees thought otherwise, Jesus the Law maker has broken the law of the Sabbath with his Disciples. They were inquiring why Jesus, upon knowing this law has led his Disciples broken it. On our second perception, we could perceive that the Disciples have stolen the maize, since they couldn't inform the farmer, or go to his house to tell him that they were hungry that led them took some of his maize. But, Jesus, upon seeing the minds of the Pharisees referred them what David did in similar situation. Using these two scenario of the Pharisees holding their laws and our perception of the Disciples not informing the farmer, one could say that the Disciples sinned. But the situation, condition or the event at which the person was affected will describe that the person has sinned.(Matthew 12:1-8)

In this case, I have learnt that not all situations or conditions can be described as being sin. Certain critical circumstances can compel you to involve in situation that everybody will say that you have sinned, but in God's knowledge, He is the ultimate and all knowing every hidden agenda which made the person involved in such act, and may be when that happens you can be considered to have salvation.

Another scenario is this: you daughter is seriously sick, where you went to a nearby pharmacist to help you with medicine to save your daughter. The pharmacist informed you that, it's the most expensive and only medicine left. Meanwhile you don't have money to afford, so you returned home and upon looking at your daughter to die it was hard for you to bear, so you went and broke through the pharmacy shop and took the medicine. In the first place, we will describe the situation as sinful, but upon the second thought that stealing isn't intentional, the situation of your daughter compelled you to do stole the medicine.

That is why Jesus said we should not judge, but leave all things to operate in this life, God knows all things which have been hidden. The reason for someone cause of action, whether is a sin or not will be determine by only God. Maybe certain things that we consider them sins when our brother or sister did, maybe considered as not sin before God. Let's wait for the harvest time while God will select the righteous from the sinners.
