The fees I paid at GCB, 2000ghc

Greetings Team of Steemit! We are very pleased with the love we share in Steem playing the Diary Game. More and more Users are joining everyday. Thanks to @steemitblog for bringing such lovely game of our daily lives being rewarded by @steemcurator01 and other Teams of Curators. With the recent push Steem has depicted, Steem is the right place for people to share, support and live with freedom!

My day began at 4 am, a little fast wake from bed than my usual time. This was to enable me do more things, curation of my Country work, prayers and many things. Sorry, my children were sick with their stomach when they arrived from school, can't tell if the food they ate school was poisoned.....hahahaha....😁! But that was too bad thinking in such manner. I asked them and they such they ate beans and rice. Maybe the beans might have not properly cooked. They all had diarrhea last night and I could not led them prepare for school

So I was a little relaxed to go to school. I refused to cook rice instead. I prepared hot tea for us to such.

At 7:10 am, I was in school to supervise the students to work on grounds, picking the litters around, sweeping their rooms and offices. I led them entered class to observe the silent hour while waiting for the teachers on first period.

Today, I had lessons all the 3 classes; a little busy for the day. When I finished teaching at 2 noon, I found myself relaxed under our staff under trees receiving the fresh ventilated air; chatting with other colleague teachers and creating scenes of jokes hilariously.

At School after teaching my lesson, I found myself chatting with other teachers

Around 2:30pm, I sought permission from our Headteacher to leave for Mampong to pay my fees GCB Bank. I am starting as fresh student at University of Cape Coast by Distance (CoDE). I was very lucky to have entered the Bank room before 3pm. Because of Covid 19, they currently close at 3pm instead of 5 pm. I washed my hands under running water and soap, shot me with their thermometer gun and sanitized my hands before being allowed to enter.

There were few distanced queued here, so I quickly made enquiry, received the smart pay forms for paying students fees. I began to fill all the requirements, "the Student ID number, Institution, program, Name and the amount of fees." I was to pay 2,530ghc, but I paid 2000ghc. I will pay the remaining 530ghc when we are coming to write the end of semester Exams. For the Institution, a student can pay 3/4 of the fees before being allowed to register with the University.

I quickly went the the 4th counter and issued payment, received my receipt and left the place.

I then came to Electricity Company of Ghana to pay my December light bill, January hasn't yet being received. I paid 120ghc, less than what we used to pay.

I came to the road side near the traffic light to pick a taxi home. By then I was very hungry, there is a nice Tuozaafi in front of GCB Bank, so I approached there and bought 10ghc including meat and other ingredients. I finally bothered in a taxi to Nsuta.

Today happens to be market day, I got to Barima Adjei Bookshop to buy some books I couldn't buy last time.

I then left for market center to buy fishes, meat, vegetables, ingredients and other foodstuffs for the week. I spent only few minutes to do this, since I was very late home. I searched for one "kayaye" name given to those people who carry goods for money. I gave all the item for her to carry them to my house, just about some 300m distance from market place.

I arrived safely to meet my family. Oh, I forgot to buy some yoghurt for my kids, Darkwa asked of what I bought for them, because of the tightness, I even missed buying something for them. I gave them 2ghc to buy something at "Yesu Mmo" shop; just closed to our house. They quickly went. I was then relaxed on bed after I had removed my shirts and shoes.

Around 5:30 pm, I did few things to support my wife. Recently, she had recovered from her wounds so I have minimized the rate of working at kitchen and other house chores.

We had our supper at 6 pm. I had to bath Darkwa after 30 minutes of eating. The children haven't recovered fully, so I didn't bother them to learn. They might not even go to school tomorrow, and will call their Teachers to inform them about their situation.

I then took my bath, visited my @steem-ghana Community and other diary game posts to comment and curate before going to bed.

Thanks for reading!
