Our Preparation Stage for Meet Up
Much deliberations, ideas, thoughts and consensus are ongoing in our Team of amazing Steemians to finalize our First Meetup which will come of soon. We would keep Steemit Community updated about our preparations and status we have reached till it is done. We therefore appreciate the great support from @steemitblog and @steemcurator01 for your immense support all these while.

What went on Our WhatsApp Chat During Preparation for Meet Up
Over the weekend, we have had encounter with lovely and passionate Steem Ambassadors here in Ghana. It seems this is gonna be mega meet up ever if much input goes into this preparation and being organized well. That's is why we also share the actions we are taking in every stage of this meet up. Now, our Whatsapp Channel is very hot and vibrating; you need to check out. We are therefore keen to make this happen.
We must say about 80% of this presentation for the Meetup is done. Thanks to @njaywan, @mcsamm, @nattybongo, @elyon who are make great impact in our preparations to embark on this meet up. Now it may happen that New Banner would not be printed since we already have some old printed one which was used way back 2017. The only difference might be the absence of the name @steem-ghana. But with that we think it would never change anything since the steemit and steem logo are found in there. Our mission is to win souls for Steemit. For the flyers, @mcsamm has promised that we have few printed out there. It just a matter of printing additional ones to support what is already there. These flyers would be distributed to people who would show interest to join steemit.

One Major Thing Needed Before The Meet up
If members agree, we can manage the old Banner and Flyers for this meet up and plan later for the new, since time is not on our side. We need to do everything very fast to creat awareness to the public about Steemit.
Our major challenge now is the printing of the Steemit T-shirt. For this, individual Ghanaian Steemians have to bear the cost to get the T-Shirt printed out. We need to be in our Steemit T-shirt for people to easily identify us who we are and what we stand for. In any case it's not mandatory, the few Steemians who can afford to get their Steemit T-shirt we can quickly kick off the meet up date.
We do not want to delay things for this meet up since we have more projects to handle for @steem-ghana Community.
What is the Secrete to Know?
This meetup is going to be like reviving Ghanaian Steemians, the old folks, we mean the inactives and those who have quit Steem for so long time would be invited. We have more funs in Kumasi and its environment. @mcsamm is making all these effort to invite them to join us in this meet up. Meet @anaman, @odsam2, @bigssam, @collinz and many more old Steemians all from Kumasi- Ghana. We are so excited to see our pioneers around. They would find out that Steemit is still very active and functioning. It is going to be a lot of fun, getogether, sharing experiences, street walk and selling the name of steem to lovely people of Ghana. I think we should utilise the old banner for now otherwise we might spent so much time on the new one which might delay our meetup plans 🤔.
Beautiful people 😍, it will be great to have them back. I think this community will suit their return as we can all interact in one place.
I think those who are willing to print their T-shirts can make Momo payment to an agreed number so that we can get it at the meetup. This will reduce the cost of delivery and we can kill two birds with one stone 😊.
I think we are all set @oppongk 😇, it is just left with the setting of the meetup date.

Thank you very much for this update on this preparation. The meet up will go a long way to help the steemians in Ghana. I also going to help revive or bring back the old steemians who has quit steemit for sometime now. The steemit T-shirt will also help us a lot and easy identification of the members.

We are currently live on our WhatsApp platform right now discussing the date and venue of this meet up. A couple locations centered around Kumasi have been pointed out but we will narrow it down to the one that would suit the majority.
Our steemians are working hard to also contact the old ghanaian steemians so that we can revive our dormant accounts as well.

I certainly cannot wait for the D-day, it is going to be a real fun packed with lots of activities, just some few more touches and confirmations and we would be good to go, A December to Remember
