Country Representatives report.
As Country Representative for Ghana, I have been Keen for developing Steem Ghana Community so that we can support our members. Due to this I have helped to initiate so many projects which I think is helping our team and Community as well. One of these is the weekly contests we are embarking on. This has been very effective engaging and motivating members. Members who win are given are being rewarded with some Steem.
To check whether members, especially Newbies do the right things and also get more insight of how Steemit is used, I have been allowed for many Tutorials to guide Steemians on their journey in Steemit. I have again laid emphasis on good quality post. Due to this I have been checking all posts coming and alerting individuals of their mistakes to be corrected.
Another great things which is helping us a lot is the quest posts from audividuals.
To give much to our Community, three is the need for focusing on getting enough power to support everyone in the Community.
Recruitment, retention & engagement
I am fostering recruitment of New members into Steem in order to expand our Community. Many other Steemians have also been trying recruiting. On the side of retention, Newbies. We have created Newbies WhatsApp page which we give support for the Newbies; in case of some challenges they face. We have also been holding meetings on Telegrams in order to come out with good initiatives.
Using my personal account, curation had been fairly distribution to many Steemians in Ghana. Now my effective power plus delegation power amounting to $12,068SP is able to give vote count of $0.56

Per the arrangements made on rotation of curation, we are four Countries, that's Nigeria, Cameroon, Uganda and Ghana. This means that a country would be able to curate every four days. Always I had to wait for the second curation to get the full of the week.
