I wrote this article because there was other new issues during the day. I will briefly explain what these issues mean to the market.
Bitmain said they start running segwit2x software in all their mining pools. As it is well known, the BTC1 (segwit2x) software has been released today. They have just started the BTC1 miner test, which was originally scheduled to start on the 14th.
BITCOIN ABC declared bitcoin hard fork. BITCOIN ABC is an implementation version of UAHF, which was claimed by Bitmain. UAHF was originally born as a counterpart to the UASF. According to "BITCOIN SEGWIT, What Should We Do?", Bitmain is threatening to hard fork bitcoin if UASF is running. However, I think that BITCOIN ABC need to be updated more than segwit2x.
In the end, the two issues are all news published on a fixed schedule. I think even the name of breaking news is a waste. The situation has not changed.
하루 동안 새로운 이슈가 또 발생했기 때문에 이 글을 작성하게 되었습니다. 해당 이슈들에 어떤 의미가 있는지에 대해서 간략하게 설명하겠습니다.
비트메인이 자사의 모든 마이닝풀에 segwit2x 소프트웨어를 설치한 후, 구동 중이라고 밝혔습니다. 알려진 것처럼 오늘 BTC1(segwit2x) 소프트웨어가 배포되었고, 원래 14일부터 실시되기로 했던 BTC1 마이너 테스트를 시작한 것뿐입니다.
BITCOIN ABC에서 비트코인 하드 포크를 선언했습니다. BITCOIN ABC는 비트메인에서 주장하는 UAHF의 구현 버전입니다. UAHF는 UASF에 대한 대항마로써 탄생했습니다. "비트코인 세그윗, 어떻게 해야 하나?"를 참고하면 UASF를 결행할 경우 비트메인에서 비트코인을 하드 포크 하겠다고 협박하는 상황입니다. 그러나 현재 BITCOIN ABC는 많은 업데이트가 필요하다고 생각됩니다.
결국 2가지 이슈가 모두 정해진 일정에 맞춰서 발표된 뉴스일 뿐입니다. 심지어 속보라는 이름조차 아깝다고 생각합니다. 상황이 변한 것은 없습니다.
