Why Did You Do That?

What do you mean don't stop writing? Without rhyme or reason I should follow your commands? Why? Who are you? Do you think you know me well enough to give directives? I am my own director. I take center stage in my life. I have no room to listen to the dictates of others, unless the other is my Source. Is that who speaks? Say it! Tell me! You cannot convince me to obey, unless I know with whom I speak. If you give me life, you are my everything. But if you want me to speak my death, then shut up and go away. That is all i can say.

I am who you think I am. I am that I am. I am all that all could be, will be, ever is and shall be. So, be at peace. do not rage and scream, and fight against what you perceive as more of old childhood dictates. Be a grown woman and know yourself as that. Let the spirit of myself come down upon you, cover you and teach you, that you may light up the world with meaning, with understanding, and see through the eyes of my love and compassion. Be me. Be love. Be beauty. Be kindness. Be peace. Be all of that and more. But be.

Now I wonder. Now I know. Now I go to grow and be as your glow. And that is all there is for me to do. And so be it.
