Why I stopped Running & got myself a Road Bike | DTube Video
It's been almost exactly two years now since I stopped running and got myself a road bike. The bike has really been a game changer for me and I have more fitness now than I ever have before. I share with you why I think that is in the video.
Cycling is lower impact on your legs than running, so you can do more and basically do it daily.
I talk to so many runners who battle with reacquiring injuries. Running can be a great sport, but the truth is it takes years to build up the conditioning in your legs to do it injury free.
My advice would be to do most of your exercise on the bike and ease into running very slowly on the side, if that is your goal.
