Drawing #7 - Steemit Scrapbook - Title Page

~Hello Steemit Friends~

Recently I decided to create a Steemit Scrapbook where each page in the scrapbook will resemble each post I make on Steemit. It took me a little while to decide whether or not I will add pictures in it, but I decided not to. I think it will be more fun to create the pictures instead. I started out with the title page: Spirit of Adventure. The title comes from the movie, "UP" so I created little balloons for the first page: 

I started out by first drawing/writing the letters, and adding a border and Steemit symbol: 

Then I spent a little bit of time trying to decide which colors to use before I started doing any gluing: 

In the end, I decided to add both light and dark colors to add more of a variety of shades. In some areas, I worked on adding balloons closer to the border of the letters to make the picture look more full.

For my second Steemit Scrapbook page, I will be working on recreating my introductory post.
