Feeling stress is an human something , either because of too much workload or anguish for the future. Stress is something that can not be eliminated, but it can be reduced .

1 . Rethink your thoughts
Many times, a stressful situation is a matter of perspective. Pessimism is a good example of avoidable stress to which we usually submit. Instead of focusing on the negative side. We should focus on the positive side. there is always a positive part in everything that happens to us, you only have to find it.
2 . Write those things that worry you
If you write about what worries you. Your brain will feel more relaxed, because it will think that preoccupation has already happened. It's like having taken it out of your brain and put it on paper. It is advisable to do it before going to sleep, to sleep much better
3 . Turn off your cell phone
This advice is for people who spend a lot of time with their mobile. It is not necessary to be 24 connected, doing so can be an important source of stress. Turn it off or put it in airplane mode one hour a day and you will be surprised by the results.
4 . Silence
This point is quite related to the previous one. By saying to be silent, I mean to eliminate all distractions (sounds, mobile, talk ...) and concentrate on relaxing. Because silence is a luxury and relaxes like nothing. Without a doubt, I recommend you at least try it.
5 . Smile
Smile even if you do not have reasons, do something that you like, that makes you feel better. It can be from watching a video of people breaking things to going for a walk, it can be anything you like. Laughing and smiling is an excellent option to reduce stress .

This advice may seem very silly, but it works and is pushing the wall. You have to situate one meter from the wall, support your hands and push. Try to stretch the back of your legs, which is where more tension builds up.
Thanks for sharing, I think the mobile phone is a factor that indeed causes stress. We are all busy in life with routines and stuff and the mobile phone is an extra task that we can't keep our hands off. The other day I forgot my phone and I was very relaxed and didn't miss it at all! I am gonna do that more often .
