THE INDOOR SYNDROME

Have you ever been too lazy to step outside of your apartment on a free day and go for a stroll or attend a party? Yes i have and i know a couple of people have similar experience. Do we miss out on a lot of things? No! Do you regret it later on in life that you are the indoor type? That is the interesting part which i have decided to talk about. This is are not professional ways to live, they are just suggestions to anyone willing to try.

What am I losing out on if don't go out much?

As a matter of fact, nothing is lost if you don't go out much during the week days and over the weekend. So claimed you have a dented social life or feel more inhuman if you don't go out and mingle with people, is there any benefits to people who go to clubs or parties and meet, dance, kiss, sleeps with random people other than hates and regrets?Perhaps you are missing out on discovering some places or new things you might really like, or not learn new things?

The fact is that, going out or travelling to new places add little to the knowledge individual could acquire compared to what could be researched on the net in the comfort of your room. I think people misunderstood the concept of “going out of your comfort zone” and “doing what gives your pleasure” and totally misuse these sentences. You are safer in your apartment than any other place you are seeking some knowledge!

Enough time for things of interest

As long as no friend is hurrying you up for a party or rushing back home to get some tiny sleep before work resumes, you have all the time you need to do great things with your time. There is time to figure out what you like, more time to cultivate it and extreme time to nurture those interests you have. You could basically do whatever you want as long as you are not stranded at a pub or drink to stupor and skip your chores.

It saves you Money!

Going to clubs and some events are not free, in fact some cost a fortune to have a taste of it. Think about how much it adds to your bank account if you do not have to pay for beers, a taxi ride away from home and back, the club tickets etc? All this amounts to something in the end and a little saved is a little Wealth created!

Saves energy and more Rest for the Real Tasks

Imagine if you do not have to wake up from a terrible hangover after a night out, or oversleep and be late for work from too many drinks the preceding night. The energy to go clubbing and dancing could definitely be useful for a Run or a walk-out session and boost your health/Physical fitness.

Helps grow a healthy Relationship

This is for people who had found love, a father or mother or couples; meeting random people at the bar and clubs is not a bad idea but could you possibly get to know better all those you have met in parties week in week out? This relationships do not go beyond casual sex or some other flings because they are 99% drinking hookups! Staying indoor for couples and those in relationships helps develops interests and mental health.

You live a Real life

Here is the best part, staying indoors does not make you do things you don’t want to do just for the sake of being there. You do not to put on a fake smile or happy face when you are actually sad and you could easily doze off when you feel dizzy and cranky and not force yourself to stay active in the middle of some less interesting things you have been forced out to do maybe by some friends or families.

Note: Staying in does not guarantee a happy life and different strokes for each folks, so if you are an introverts and this works well for you then carry on, if you are an introvert trying to conform to the pressure of friends; then this my not be of help to you. It is wild free life full of choices, only the wise makes the best of those choices!

I am a real introvert. Don't like clubbing/party and can stay home without feeling being lonely. I don't mind going to a restaurant alone.
