Even though scientist says getting a very good long sleep and adhering to normal sleep time solves this case, other cures from religious perspective says prayers can end it. Woah....this is something else
That is "Orinrin" bro
I had some episodes of Sleep Paralysis since I was 14. The first time I had it I was terrified, but in the following years I overcome the fear since in the same day of the episode I have accumulated stress.
An advice to the people who experiments this is this: sit in your bed, breath profoundly for 10 minutes and fall sleep again.
The Sleep Paralysis actually is a sleep disorder generated by accumulated stress. It happens to me up twice in several months. Now, if someone has those episode everyday, I would recommend him/her to go to the doctor and explain the problem.
Nice to share a real life experience with us @vickaboleyn, you are awesome.
