overcoming procrastination

Procrastination is simply an act of planning to do later, what you ought to do now. It has a very bad habit that has consciously or unconsciously crept into the lives of many and is destroying them slowly prior to their own observation.
Procrastination is what gives birth to laziness, it puts one in a tight position and then you keep thinking that you have all the time in the world to do that which you were supposed to do immediately when it crossed your mind.
Some basic ways to stop this bad attitude known as procrastination is ;
To admit that it is a bad habit that you have grown with over the years and be ready to have a change of heart.
Tell your friends to watch you and caution you whenever you are it again.
Make a list of all you want to achieve daily and o stick to it
Have necessary punishments that you plan to give to your self whenever you default.
Be principled and self disciplined.
